Harare Provincial Development Coordinator Tafadzwa Muguti is not qualified to serve as an impartial civil servant and functionary of the devolution process.
The Chief Secretary in the office of the President and Cabinet Dr Misheck Sibanda needs to rethink the appointment of Tafadzwa Muguti.
On the 23rd of May 2016, Muguti urged Zimbabweans to forsake tolerance. Political tolerance is the bedrock of democracy, peace and stability.
Muguti took to Twitter and demanded that “Zimbabweans should overcome the attitude of tolerance in order to create a new Zimbabwe.”
Tafadzwa Muguti has always championed the demise of ZANU PF and its fall from power. Muguti created and fronted an anti ZANU PF and anti government organisation which was known as Kusasa Mangwana.
Kusasa Mangwana failed to make waves as it failed to receive funding from traditional anti government donors. Muguti actively supported Pastor Evan Mawarire’s #ThisFlag movement.
Tafadzwa Muguti’s social media footprint speaks volumes of a man who has been appointed a civil servant with a duty and role to preside over the affairs of Harare Province.
Tafadzwa Muguti in campaigning for his Mangwana Kusasa organisation said “Economic Freedom is equality in an atmosphere of prosperity,
providing time and opportunity to those that are willing and able”.
Tafadzwa E. Muguti went on to attack State Owned Enterprises which have served the Republic of Zimbabwe. He said “Economic Freedom in Zimbabwe can best be achieved through transparency, good governance and the irradiation of corruption. Public enterprises have for years been poorly managed, unprofitable and marred by corruption and its time we stopped the rot. NetOne, TelOne, GMB, Zupco, ZMDC and IDC among many others need to be restructured and the people behind their dismal results should be replaced immediately.”
Muguti took it a step further and insinuated that Dr. Obert Mpofu and Emmerson Mnangagwa must be arrested as they were the key principals in the Ministry of mines and defence which presided over diamonds.
Muguti boldly said “Those who are behind the missing $15 Billion and those behind NetOne missing millions should be arrested and brought to accountability. If you work in any government enterprise please remember that you work for the People of Zimbabwe and your are accountable to the People of
Zimbabwe. Accountability is the only remedy for us to get Zimbabwe working again. Lets speak out against corruption and mismanagement in public enterprises.”
Tafadzwa Muguti needs to recuse himself from any and all matters involving ZANU PF members because his history proves that he is anti ZANU PF.
